TOTH Montessori

Tuition Assistance

ToTH Montessori's Commitment

ToTH Montessori is committed to broadening access for families who might otherwise not be able to afford a high quality Montessori preschool experience. For this reason, 15-20% of families enrolled at ToTH receive tuition relief.

ToTH is approved to accept child care subsidy (voucher) payments in lieu of tuition. Eligible families must apply and be approved by the Child Care Services Division of the Department of Human Services. For more information on applying for DC child care subsidies, please visit: My Child Care DC. ToTH is listed in the My Child Care DC directory under our business name, “Toddlers on the Hill.”

Military families: TOTH Montessori is approved to accept fee assistance payments from Child Care Aware and the Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) program.

Families who do not qualify for vouchers but earn less than 600% of the Federal Poverty Guideline, as determined by the family’s adjusted gross income, and not receiving other means of financial assistance are invited to apply for tuition relief. ToTH prioritizes tuition relief for families whose adjusted gross income falls between 300% and 400% of the Federal Poverty Guideline (below which, families typically qualify for OSSE childcare subsidies). Please reach out to Ila Furman (ila@toddlersonthehill.org) if you are interested in applying for tuition assistance.

If you think your child would thrive in a Montessori environment, give us a call or schedule a tour online. We would love for you to visit our school and learn more.
